What information do I need to provide?
You’ll need to provide the necessary details in the form of a CV. We will use this to revamp or develop your new CV.

Yes, we may contact you by phone to clarify certain details and ensure we have a full understanding of your background. Please provide a working phone number during the process.
What happens to my CV after it's completed?
With your consent, we archive your CV for potential referral when a suitable job match is found.
How many revisions can I request?
You are entitled to up to 3 edits or revisions within 1 week of receiving your revamped CV.
What is the Turnaround Time for our services?
Our standard service has a turnaround time of up to (7) Seven days upon payment. However, we also offer an Express Service for faster delivery. This means that your CV will be delivered within 24 hours
In what format will I receive my CV?
Unless you specifically request otherwise, all deliverable documents will be sent both as Microsoft Word and pdf files format only.
How long will my information be stored?
Any CVs, materials, or documents provided for the purpose of developing your CV will be deleted after 45 days from our system. Please ensure you have a backup of any necessary files.
